Christmas Shipping Information
Australian Shipping
- Anywhere in Australia (excluding WA + NT)
- For standard shipping // cut off date 13 December
- For express shipping // cut off date 20 December
- WA + NT
- For standard shipping // cut off date 8 December
- For express shipping // cut off date 15 December
International Shipping
- New Zealand // cut off date 3 December
- USA // cut off date 20 November
- UK // cut off date 26 November
- Asia // cut off date 30 November
Shipping Information
Australian Shipping
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 and free standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.
- We offer express shipping at $10 flat rate within Australia.
- Standard shipping rates exclude bulky items.
- All orders will be dispatched within one to two business days- except for during busy periods including sales and product releases. In this case dispatch may take up to 3 days.
- All parcels are sent via Australia Post from Brisbane, shipping times will vary depending on your location but will usually arrive within 2-10 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent.
International Shipping
- International shipping will be calculated at checkout
- International orders will be sent via Standard International Post - with tracking, with an arrival time of 15-25 working days.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
Refunds + Returns or Exchanges
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind, however we can provide you with a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date and in original packaging and condition (clothing unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached). To return an item please email us at hello@mylaandco.com.au.

- Returns and exchanges not available on sale purchases. All sale purchases are final.
- Myla + Co. do not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. We recommend using a service with tracking.
- Myla + Co. are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of products being returned.
